Reporting to the Studio/Operations Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the performance and reliability of our infrastructure that enables our developers and business units to focus on creating world-class gaming experiences.

Responsibilities
Working with leadership to design and implement IT projects to improve the studio’s productivity and security posture.
Assisting the Studio Operations Director with inventory, provisioning, and deployment of hardware for staff and on-site shared spaces (such as conference rooms and touchdown desks).
Assist the System Administrator (at Behaviour Interactive) to manage our existing server and network infrastructure.
Develop and maintain infrastructure between our Google based environment and Microsoft environment of our parent company.
Deliver user training and guidance on IT tools, systems, and best practices.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and essential applications.
Assist with the deployment and setup of new equipment for onboarding and project needs.
Document support activities and resolutions accurately within the ticketing system.
Availability for after-hours support during emergencies or scheduled maintenance.
Qualifications
College diploma in Computer Technology or a related field or 5–10 years of hands-on experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role, preferably in a Windows-based enterprise environment.
Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, with strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic Linux and Windows servers management experience.
Experience working in a game studio environment or in a similar creative-driven industry.
Experience with hybrid on-premises/Cloud IT environments.
