Nerf the flaggelant, the one per group limit is not a way of balancing him as he can go solo (only him in the party) and kill 6 different level 6 and 7 dungeon bosses without difficulties by spamming Punish and then exsanguinate, which both place a high bleed value on the targets, besides healing the hero. Nerf his exsanguinate, besides having a high precision, it heals a lot of health and bleeds too much for a damage and heal attack, as it is the equivalent to vestal’s judgement with heals a quarter of the health and has a lower accuracy value. Also the self debuffs are easily nullified with herbs, so they don’t balance the high healing values of his skills.
